Frequently asked questions
Can we have a legal wedding in Spain?
Foreigners can marry legally in Spain, but the paperwork can take months. Many couples sign the legal part at home and have a symbolic ceremony in Barcelona. We explain both options and help you choose.
Do we need to travel to Barcelona before the wedding?
It's not necessary. We send videos and photos of the venues and do tastings by video, but you're always welcome to visit.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Russian. Contracts and timelines can be in your language.
When is the best season?
May, June, September and October are ideal: warm, long evenings without the August heat. Popular venues book up 12 to 18 months ahead.
How far in advance should we contact you?
For weddings, ideally 9 to 18 months before. For private events, a few weeks can be enough.
